Ok, so I didn't update last night. I apologize. I had some important work to do yesterday and was rather rushed and completely forgot about updating. By the time the wife reminded me, I was getting ready to leave. I couldn't think of anything interesting to write anyway (that's never stopped me before, I know) so I just left. I was going to try to do an update from home, but I was just too tired and lazy. Sorry.

This might be my last entry for a few days. I'm leaving Friday to go to Wisconsin for two weeks for work, but one of my co-workers (who's taking my computer up for me) is leaving tomorrow so I have to tear down my system and have it ready for him to load tonight. I'll be without a computer till probably Saturday morning/afternoon. I'll be sure to fill you all in on anything important (or not) when I get everything back up. Plus, I'm sure I'll have some interesting entries coming in the next two weeks. Stay tuned.

The wife and I are going to meet some rat people in September. She started a club on Yahoo a little while back for Florida rat owners and she's had a great response. One of the members who lives near Orlando has offered to put everyone up at her house so that we can all get together and visit and discuss things ratty. I'm sure it will be fun. Plus, the wife and I, being so close to Orlando, are going to hit Sea World again. This time I'm sure to get to see the Polar Bears.

We're still not sure where we stand on the bankruptcy thing. I've resigned myself to the fact that we have no other choice. We simply cannot pay everything off and afford an apartment. I would like to take a moment to thank all of you who have sent me encouragement and information for our financial situation. I really appreciated it and it's been very helpful. The wife is really hot on the idea of trying to save the house, and then selling it and keeping the money, but I don't know if we can do that. If we could then it would be great. We could buy her a new vehicle because the one she has now is on it's last legs. I could also get me a Harley. I've wanted one for ages. Plus, we could afford to get into a bigger apartment, that's a definite plus. Only thing is, I really doubt we can do it. Guess I need to contact a lawyer and find out all the details. We'll figure something out.

Well, I'd best get to work. I still have some stuff that I have to get done today. I might update again later today before I tear everything down. I can't guarantee anything.
