2:35 PM - 7-16-2000 Oh baybay!!! The wife and I went to see "The X-Men" Friday evening and it was excellent! Hugh Jackman as Logan/Wolverine fuckin' RAWKS!!!! Wolvie has always been my fave of the X-Men and he did an excellent job of portraying the angry little canuck. If I ever meet him in person, I will drop to my knees and kiss the fuckin' ground he walks on. I'm pathetic that way. I had this puppy planned. The wife called her mother and set it up so she could drop the kids off about 4:30. I skipped lunch Friday (and believe you me, I paid for it) so I could leave 30 minutes early and took off at 4:30. I had already ordered tickets to the matinee over the phone so I didn't have to worry about them being sold out. I got to the theater at 5:00, 30 minutes before showtime and picked up the tics and waited for the wife. Normally, she has a bit of a punctuality problem, but today, she was perfect. She showed up about 5:20 and we moseyed on in. The movie was great. It was funny, it had action, it had a pretty good plot. I'd definitely go see it again. Of course, I loved "Howard the Duck" so that kind of tells you what interests me. Anyway, it was well worth the time spent. I wanna take a second to send out a big THANK YOU! to everyone who has signed my guestbook. I really appreciate it. When I checked it today and I saw that I had 7 entries I was so giddy I almost wet myself. It feels good to know that people are actually coming and reading this mindless drivel, and enjoying it enough to come back again. Again, thank you to all of you, you know who you are. And if you haven't signed my guestbook, well, *sniff sniff* why not? *sniff sniff* You don't love me? Is that it? You don't have any love for the 'Bear? Well, fine! Who needs you? I don't! I don't need anybody! Um...wait...yes, I do. I need you. I'm sorry. I apologize. I do need you. I need all of you very much. Ok? Friends? Good. Yesterday was probably one of the best Saturday's I've had in a long time. The wife and I got freaky yesterday morning and it was great. I don't know what it is about mornings? Have any of you other guys out there experienced this? We'll go to bed at night and have sex and mostly, I guess, it depends on the position, but I usually don't last too long. If she's on top (our favorite) then I last fairly long. But, in the mornings, man, I'm like a different person. I'm almost like a porn star. We can go and go an go and go and go and I never seem to get close. I love it when it's like this because I can give her orgasm after orgasm and I feel like the energizer bunny. Just keep going and going and going. Wonder why that is? I'm not complaining, mind you. I just wish I knew what did it so I could do it at night too. Anyway, we laze around the house for a bit and then her mother calls. Around noon, we pack up the kids, get our swim gear and head to the wife's Aunt's house. This is the house we went to on the 4th of July. The first one. I took 4-year-old (who I will refer to from now on as demonchild) and Icebear Jr. in my little car, while the wife went in her car to get her mom and her sister and her sister's boyfriend. I'm the first one there so I unload the kids and hang out for about 10 minutes and then eveyone else shows up. We all get in the pool and it's a great afternoon. The wife, sadly, only gets to swim for about 30 minutes before Icebear Jr. starts getting fussy and needs to be fed. While she's sitting under the awning feeding him, I'm hanging off the side of the pool talking to her. Big mistake. That afternoon, when we got home, I had a sunburn on my shoulders and the back of my neck. It's not real bad, but it's caused a headache that I can't seem to shake for anything. We only swam for about 2 hours or so and then it started raining. Typical Florida. No warning at all, just rain. It only rained long enough for me to decide that I wasn't swimming anymore and change clothes and then it stopped. Typical. Well, everyone was getting hungry so the wife's Aunt cooked up some wings. Everyone really liked them. I thought they were shit, but I didn't say so. Most of us were still hungry though, so we decided to head home. Mother-in-law went with the wife's cousin, who showed up later, so the wife got roped into taking her sister and her sister's boyfriend to Target. I took the kids home, gave Icebear Jr. the rest of a bottle and put him down. The wife didn't get home till about an hour later and wasn't in a good mood. She ended up waiting for 45 minutes for her sister to get what she needed. I'd have just said no. After that, we just lazed around. At 7:00 I took Demonchild over to mother-in-law's to spend the night and picked up some personal pans (and some GOOD wings) on the way back home. Sadly, my sunburn had done enough of a number on me that the wife didn't get any last night. She was disappointed, but was nice about it. Today's been an ok day. The wife had to leave to be at her mother's by 9:00 to get Demonchild and let me sleep. Only thing is, Icebear Jr. got fussy and wanted the rest of his bottle so I got up and finished feeding him. I got up with a headache and I haven't been able to get rid of it to save my life. Oh well. I just realized that this entry is really starting to not go anywhere. I'm just rambling. Well, I'll stop now then. Thanks, again, to all who signed my guestbook and to those who haven't, I feel sorry for you. Really I do. I'll try to have something at least partially interesting for you next entry. "Where are we going and why am I in this handbasket?"
