Here, There and I'm everywhere today.

Ok, I'm a big idiot. I thought that the wife was the one who had stumbled across the information I talked about last entry, but I was wrong. All the credit for that find goes to Angeline. She's the one who pointed it out to the wife. So, for all of you who read her diary and then read mine, yes I pretty much said the same thing she did. Although, probably with less clarity.
We've got a leaky roof. We've only been in the house for about 3 months and the roof has leaked twice. I called the landlord the first time it happened, about 2 weeks after we moved in and he found it hard to believe. "It's a new roof, it shouldn't leak." But it did. Well, he said he'd send a roof guy over to fix it, but he never came. Then, last night, it rained rather hard and we found that we had a new leak. So, I called him again and let him know. He sounded disappointed, but said that he'd be by today with someone to fix it. Well, about 10 minutes ago his son showed up to work on it. Hopefully, this takes care of it. Other than that one little flaw, the house has been great.
I give up trying to understand women. My wife especially. We're leaving tomorrow to take her to Tampa for grooming school. She's going to be gone for a whole month. A whole month. So, what does she do yesterday? She rearranges the bedroom. She'd been thinking about moving stuff around for about a week. Yesterday, she moved it all around. She's not even going to be here to see it for a month, but she does it anyway. I don't get it. It's like fixing a nice, big meal and then walking off and leaving it for a week. I don't understand it.
So, I've got this streaming video thing set up for my camera, but I can't use it. According to the wife, who mainly set it up, our IP address changes each time we connect (but we're on a constant connection so I don't quite get it), and we have to check and see what our current IP is before people can go and see the stream. Kind of sucks because I'd like to have a link to it so you guys can see the 'Bear in real time, but until we get it figured out, you'll have to deal with the images from the Cam link.
Man, am I all over the place today or what? I can't seem to focus on any one idea for too long a time. My mind is wandering all over the place. Don't know why. I've made a list in Notepad of things I'd like to write about in my diary, but I'm also writing this in Notepad at the time and if I try to open the list, it'll wipe this out. Oh well.
I'll just stop here, collect my thoughts and then try to do another entry later on this afternoon or this evening.
